Your role: We are seeking a Head of Digital Solutions and Analytics – a role where you can combine leadership, technology, and business development. As the Head of Digital Solutions and Analytics, you will have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, delivery, and development. You will lead a specialist team and create conditions for delivery precision, efficiency, quality, and long-term development. The Digital Solutions and Analytics organisation include about twenty logistics and operations analysts who mainly work in the field of aviation. The team supports every phase of an aircraft’s life cycle — from early concept and development to delivery, operation, and decommissioning. Key methods include optimization, simulation, forecasting, and lifecycle cost analysis. The organisation has strong expertise in analyzing maintenance solutions for Saab’s products in order to improve availability, reduce costs, and meet customer needs.
