FUELS SUPERINTENDENT JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY: The Site Superintendent will be assigned to Department of Defense (DoD) construction project(s) located in various regions. This individual will be responsible for directing, managing, supervising and coordinating the work and activities of the various trade groups on the work site to meet requirements as described in the statement of work or contracts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure that the project maintains the required schedule by organizing, planning, monitoring, and inspecting work. - Prepare schedules or assist scheduler for pay estimates and 3–week look ahead. - Prepare takeoff or assist project engineer with all required materials and ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time. - Assist project engineer in defining subcontract scope of work and verifying that the subcontractor is on the project when required and progress in accordance with the schedule. - Oversee that the activities of various workers do not interfere with one another. - Inspect the work of each trade and confirm that not only the quality of the work is up to standard, but that the work is being built in accordance with the pla...
