Overview: SOFTSWISS is looking for a proactive and creative Legal Officer with experience in the iGaming industry. Key responsibilities: Contract Management: Reviewing and negotiating client amendments in service agreements, addenda, termination notices, NDAs, and other legal documents Drafting: Creating custom legal documents in English to support specific business needs of the clients Templates: Maintaining and updating internal contract templates to ensure they remain current and legally robust Compliance & KYC: Handling Due Diligence and KYC checks, including using specialized tools like World-Check Legal Support: Providing legal support to Account Management and Business Development teams on contract structuring, entity selection, and termination strategies Regulatory Research: Researching gambling laws and licensing rules in different countries for new market entries Debt Collection: Drafting formal demand letters and managing the pre-trial process for unpaid invoices Required Experience: Higher education i...
