Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager – Heavy Civil oversees planning, coordination, and execution of mid- to large-scale civil projects (typically $10 – $80 million). You will be accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction—guiding superintendents, subcontractors, and engineers from pre-construction through close-out.
