The pay range for this position is $67000 - $74000 and is based on experience. POSITION SUMMARY: The Store Team Leader role is responsible for all leadership responsibilities at an assigned Ocean State Job Lot (OSJL) store location, including but not limited to hiring, development, store profit and loss reporting, merchandising, and executing operations in compliance with established policies and procedures. The Store Team Leader role leads and develops all associates in their team in line with the overall philosophy of the company, including store associates and the store leadership team.
