Responsibilities & Qualifications This position will support activities within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, such as HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Military Compartments efforts. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. - Create, manage, and troubleshoot new and existing network user accounts. - Troubleshoot cloud printing issues and provide training support to end-users - Software installation and support of commercial software and related upgrades - Update solutions database with applicable resolutions - Problem solving, hardware/software installation and configuration based on computing standards, and client support for all network and desktop - Monitors and enforces all IT policies and procedures - Assist with se...
