What You’ll Do: As a Rental/Loaner Agent, you will be responsible for managing the dealership's rental/loaner vehicle program, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for our customers. You will assist customers with rental/rental/loaner vehicles, coordinate with the service team, and maintain detailed records to keep our program running flawlessly. Key Responsibilities: Manage the rental/loaner vehicle fleet and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use.
