Support Data Analytics Manager, Cloud Support

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. - 5 years of leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching. - Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards. Preferred qualifications: - Experience supporting global customer support organizations. - Experience with AI-enabled BI solutions. - Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Workspace products and support processes. - Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
