The Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned market by developing and executing market strategies, leading and developing sales talent, and building strong relationships with key accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining pricing discipline and long ‑ term customer value.
