Safety Is Our Top Priority The Coating Assistant Operator must understand, follow, and strictly comply with ALL safety rules and regulations . This includes recognizing and responding to potential hazards and safeguards such as: Maintaining housekeeping standards and a clean, organized work area is an essential part of this role. - Machine guarding, light curtains, and pinch points - Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures - Safety Data Sheets (SDS) - Proper grounding and use of emergency stops (E‑stops) - Fire alarms and site evacuation procedures Work Schedule: This position works a rotating shift schedule that changes every 4 weeks . Shift length may be 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts , depending on production needs. Shift options include: Candidates must be willing and able to work any and/or all shifts as required. - 12‑Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - 8‑Hour Shifts: - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM - 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities: - Assist with machine setup, startup, operation, and shutdown - Learn and operate online support equipment , including: - HMI systems (SCADA, Wonderware) - Camera systems - Thickness gauges a...
