The Area Sales Performance Manager directs a team within assigned area of responsibility. Leads all forms of ancillary revenue and customer service within assigned area. Identifies revenue and service opportunities and develops and executes growth strategies. Trains and coaches RSPMs and Field Management, in implementing appropriate processes and methods to achieve and exceed goals. Partner with North American Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales and IT to develop plans and programs focused on operational and service excellence and the respective training and communication needed to achieve the company’s financial, strategic and Customer Led objectives .
