Description Reports To: Executive Director of Catholic Cemeteries Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5pm (Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet organization goals and deadlines) FLSA Status: Exempt. Full-time: Summary : The Controller is responsible for providing oversight of all financial, accounting, budgeting, investing, auditing, and reporting for Catholic Cemeteries for the Archdiocese of San Antonio. This position works closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and financial compliance in the areas of business operations, risk management, and benefit plan management for Catholic Cemeteries for the Archdiocese of San Antonio. Requirements: Position Responsibilities: - Oversee, prepare, and implementation of the Catholic Cemeteries master budget and related entities. - Ensure the Office maintains financial record systems in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and USCCB (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops) Diocesan Internal Controls framework. - Oversee, prepare and disseminate the monthly and annual financial statements. - Manage cash flow and investing of operating fu...
