POS-P696 As a Sales Director aligned to the NordiLux Mid Market segment, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a talented team of sales managers and sales professionals across NordiLux, while instilling the positive and unique values of our culture. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations and customer success to drive this important part of HubSpot’s EMEA business. This role will be to refine and improve current sales objectives and help design new go-to-market strategies by leveraging metrics and analysing trends in the business. In your role as Sales Director, you’ll get to: - Lead a remarkable sales team, focused on solving customer challenges to deliver significant value to mid size companies in the NordiLux region (50-500 employees) - Directly manage and develop first line Managers enabling them to effectively coach and grow Account Executives on their teams. - Attract and develop top talent who bring a unique perspective to HubSpot, through best in class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our HubSpot recruitment, learning and development team. - Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new cus...
