Mayo Clinic is seeking a Senior IT Cloud Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise cloud platforms that enable secure, scalable, and automated workloads across public cloud and on‑prem environments. This role focuses on platform enablement, automation, and operational excellence in support of application and data teams. The IT Senior Cloud Engineer ensures that enterprise cloud solutions are optimized for cost and functionality and is responsible for execution of the cloud / infrastructure strategy set by architects. Develops internal and external compatibility of the system and subsystems. Develops highly complex scripts using a tool or combination of tools to automate a task or a series of tasks. Develops, complies, and may oversee team compliance with SLAs or OLAs. Documents new or modified solutions, installation instructions and other system-related information. Writes configuration for cloud platforms leveraging appropriate tools. Collaborates with developers and is responsible for the "Ops" part of DevOps.
