General Overview: This role is based at Sizewell C' - Primarily responsible for all Portable Appliance Testing and ensuring that the facilities provide a safe and secure environment that enables the client's staff to concentrate on their business activities with minimum disruption. The Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) Operative will ensure electrical safety in the workplace by inspecting and testing portable appliances to meet regulatory standards. They conduct visual inspections, earth continuity/insulation tests, apply safety labels, and document results, this could include travel to other client locations around Sizewell and Ipswich to manage appliance safety compliance.
