The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the mechanical and electrical inspection, upkeep, and repair of all facility-related equipment in the plant. This includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. This role requires active communication with team members and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: Follow all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), Safety, and Environmental regulations as well as company policies. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or instrumental issues, including adjustments, lubrication, parts replacement, teardown, and rebuilding. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks such as equipment checks, fluid analysis, lubrication, and efficiency testing.
