Description Ideal candidate will live and work in Plattsburgh, NY The Head of Product Management North America will manage the North American Product Management team as well as collaborate with the global Product Management team to advance and support the company’s product development strategies. · Steer discussions, drive decisions and coordinate solutions with a big picture overview and understanding while communicating into the global product management group. · Understand the global needs, point out the differences between the subsidiaries and review and execute global proposals and strategies. · Support and train the NA located PM group and drive the NA PM personal development. Create rhythm for daily Product Management work. Motivate and drive cluster teams. · Moderate discussions in the clusters and organize opinions and decisions. · Ensure quality, process and template compliance within Product Management.
