Senior Manager, Treasury Intapp is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury to play a critical leadership role in advancing our global treasury function. This position will support and drive financial resilience, optimize liquidity, and support scalable growth across the finance organization. This role will lead core treasury operations, enhance capital strategy, and modernize processes through automaton and data-driven decision-making. What you will do: Strategic Leadership & Financial Stewardship Partner with senior leadership to support the company’s financial health, capital allocation, and risk management strategies Support the development and execution of interest rate risk and hedging strategies Contribute to capital markets initiatives and long-term treasury strategy Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management: Oversee global cash and liquidity management, including daily cash positioning and forecasting Review daily cash reports, monitor KPIs, and execute short-term liquidity strategies at the legal entity level Partner cross-functionally to build accurate and scalable free cash flow forecasting processes Financing, Credit Facilities & Debt Management Lead and support credit faci...
