About the role We’re seeking a Finance Associate to support the Payments function at Chime! In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring forecasting accuracy while driving forward high-impact strategic and financial initiatives. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and finance team members to provide insights, influence decision-making, and help shape Chime’s financial strategy. Supporting Cost of Revenue (COR), you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Strategy, Product, Data, Engineering, and Accounting to drive accuracy, visibility, and predictability in our cost forecasting. You will help design and operationalize scalable forecasting models, improve data pipelines, and ensure alignment between financial models and underlying business drivers. You will support key COR forecasting areas such as processing, network, and bank-related costs, partnering with stakeholders to understand key drivers like transaction volume, pricing changes, and product evolution.
