Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Technical Accounting, Consolidations & Reporting - Lead the planning, coordination, and preparation of financial statements consolidation process - Oversee accounting activities related to corporate functions and holding entities - Execute quarterly and annual reporting process to support timely and accurate financial statements - Advise and partner with business leaders on M&A activities - Review material contracts and evaluate accounting impact - Collaborate with Legal, HR, FP&A, and other business partners on business initiatives and accounting impact - Advise business on how to construct agreements to achieve desired outcome - Perform technical research on accounting topics, document positions wi...
