Job Description Summary: This position leads the planning, organization, and management of the hospital's pharmacy services. He/She develops and implements appropriate pharmacy policies and practices. The scope of the position could include either operational focus, clinical focus or a combination of both depending on the size of the care site. Responsibilities And Duties: 30% Plans, organizes, leads, and manages all aspects of pharmacy services at both a care site as well as a service line level.
