Staff Counsel Reports to: Senior Corporate Counsel: Location: Boston, MA – hybrid: Position Overview: The Staff Counsel position is primarily responsible for supporting our Sales and Procurement organizations by drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements and assisting in the management of the company’s standard terms and conditions documents.
