Position Description At a Glance: Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Lighting Sector Kenall Team in Kenosha, WI. The Sr. Financial Analyst will support Kenosha operations, lighting brands, and the parent companies with financial statement planning/forecasting, reporting, metrics, and analytics. Also, maintain key business metrics and partner with functional teams to provide finance decision support for key decisions including commercial finance decisions. As with all finance roles it is important that this position champions the Legrand control framework within the company. What Will You Do?: Essential Responsibilities: - Provide support to the FP&A Manager and business partners in the development of strategic plan, annual plan, and periodic forecasts. - Own the analysis, budgeting of SG&A; work closely with cost center owners on expense timing - Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual results (including supplemental schedules) to LNCA in consolidated reporting system. - Perform P&L variance and trend analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior year to identify risks, opportunities, drivers, and trends and translate analytics into action plans for...
