PRODUCT MANAGER – FINANCIAL SYSTEMS

Summary of Position: The Product Manager for Financial Systems will lead the development and improvement of our internal financial technology infrastructure. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Accounting and Finance stakeholders and IT teams to translate financial requirements (General Ledger, AP, AR, Revenue) into practical automated solutions. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in financial systems, enthusiasm for process automation, and a strong track record of delivering high-impact, internal tools. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Finance, Masters Degree a plus - 7-10 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in financial systems or ERP-focused roles - A strong understanding of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR), revenue recognition, and finance - Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud required) - Attention to detail, and analytical skills - Effective teamwork, and communication skills - Experience with energy industry and/or public companies Indicators & Attributes for Success: - Effective and decisive decision-making skills - Attention to detail...
