This role focuses on development and ongoing management of individualized ketogenic diet enteral feeding plans, including formula selection, macronutrient ratios, feeding schedules, and monitoring of growth, tolerance, labs, and metabolic parameters. The dietitian provides patient and caregiver education of ketogenic diet therapy and enteral feeding techniques, safety, and long-term management.
