Squarespace is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Business Email organization — a high-impact, high-growth product area that plays a critical role in helping entrepreneurs establish and scale their online presence. You will own the technical and organizational leadership of our Business Email platform, overseeing a mature, high-scale ecosystem while driving the development of next-generation communication products. This includes everything from seamless purchase and provisioning flows to complex partner integrations and foundational email infrastructure. This role requires balancing operational excellence and platform reliability with innovation and new product incubation. You will shape long-term strategy in partnership with Product and Design while building and developing the team.
