Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join the Human Resources team based in its New York City (SoHo) headquarters. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Coordinator is responsible for providing HR support to the Marc Jacobs corporate population. This position will be a partner and driver for the People Lifecyle moments which include Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Recruitment, Internal Communication, and HR Administration. The ideal candidate will u nderstand Marc Jacobs’ business, be proactive and support managers and employees (including temporary employees and consultants) throughout all lifecycle events. RESPONSIBILITIES : Communication: - Facilitate effective internal communications by drafting and distributing company-wide announcements, policy updates, and other HR-related information. - Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries, directing employees to appropriate resources when necessary. - Support the development and dissemination of content for employee communication channels. - Provide Human Resources policy guidance and interpretation with the business.
