The Physician & Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified physicians and APP candidates (NPs and PAs). This role operates with a sales-driven, outbound approach and is focused on pipeline generation, candidate engagement, and market penetration. Job Description: - Source physicians and APPs via LinkedIn, Doximity, job boards, and residency programs - Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts) - Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets - Use sales techniques to engage passive candidates - Conduct initial candidate qualification - Transition candidates to recruiters - Maintain ATS/CRM records - Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles - Track and report sourcing metrics - Stay informed on market tre...
