Job description

Position Summary The Mail Fulfillment Associate is primarily responsible for the daily operations of Healthmap’s mail center. This associate will serve as a front-line associate, ensuring mailings are sent as scheduled. Responsibilities: - Operate mail machines including the postage meter, photocopier/scanner, and mail folding and inserting machine - Process and weigh outgoing mail - Maintain records of mailing dates and other required information - Stock supplies for the mail room as needed - Return mail processing and logging - Review vendor reports - Perform Quality Assurance on outbound mail - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: - High School diploma required - Undergraduate Degree from an accredited university is preferred - Experience with health insurance companies, related regulations and mail related vendors preferred - Mail Operations experience preferred - Per Healthmap’s HR Security Policy, this position is considered HY (high risk for PHI and may require additional training/screening) Skills: - Strong relationship building skills, prioritization and solutions oriented - Ability to understand key goals from program and understand reporting results to...
