The Task At Hand: JuneShine Brands is building something serious in supplements - and we need the operator to make it real. We're hiring a Director of Contract Manufacturing, Supplements to own the full external manufacturing function for every non-beverage product in our portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role is the connective tissue between R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial - responsible for translating innovation into products that ship on time, on spec, and on budget. The scope spans powders, gummies, stikpaks, and nutraceuticals across a growing network of co-manufacturing partners. This is a role for a builder who's equally at home in a contract negotiation and on a production floor. Who You Are: - 6–8+ years managing co-manufacturers in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or functional health and wellness space - this is your core, not a tangent - Deep hands-on expertise across multiple dosage forms: powders, gummies, stikpaks, and nutraceuticals - Technically fluent in supplement regulatory requirements (FDA 21 CFR Part 111, cGMP, NSF, USP) and can hold manufacturers accountable to them - Proven track record taking products from ideation t...
