Bringing multiple projects together, you’ll make sure programmes are well governed and change is delivered safely and effectively This is a role for an experienced programme professional who enjoys working with senior leaders, managing complexity, and keeping delivery on track. What you’ll do: Lead end to end programmes using Home Group’s MSP based Programme@Home framework. Coordinate multiple projects, managing dependencies, risks, issues, and change. Monitor programme progress, costs, and benefits on behalf of senior sponsors. Work closely with leaders and delivery teams to support decision making. Ensure programme outcomes are embedded into business as usual and sustained.
