BB&E is an employee-owned full service civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm, headquartered in Northville, Michigan, which services both the Federal and Industrial sectors throughout the United States. BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors. Position Summary: BB&E is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Manager (BOM) to support our NASA Environmental Support Services (NESS) contract on site at Johnson Space Center located in Houston, TX. The BOM should have a general understanding of Environmental Compliance programs in support of NASA and/or Federal installations and be capable of working directly with NASA civil servants. The BOM will be on-site and assist the on-site Program Manager managing sub-contractors, including invoices and monitoring contracts.
