Job description

Location: Remote (United States), multi-state licensure preferred Team: Clinical Reports to: VP of Care Delivery Employment: W2 or 1099. We'll structure the role to fit how you want to work Schedule: Flexible. 0.8, 0.9, and 1.0 FTE available; W2 or 1099: we'll structure the role to fit how you want to work Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week. Ability to work up to 2 evening shifts and 2 weekend shifts per month. No overnights. Shift blocks (EST): 7:30a–1p, 1p–6p, 6p–9p.
