About the role and the team You will join our Marketing team and will report directly to Claire. On a day to day, you will work closely with Julia, our AI Content Engineer and multiple team members (Customer Education, Product Marketing, Growth, Product) to build a coherent organic growth strategy. This is a high ownership role with with the capacity to mentor and coach other members of the team (no direct reports). You will operate across two different growth contexts: A scaled product (PhantomBuster) with an existing content engine to optimize and expand A new product where everything—from positioning to channels—is being built from scratch Your mission : make sure the right people find us, trust us, and convert—across search engines, AI platforms, and beyond. What you’ll own: 1. Organic growth strategy (end-to-end) You own how we acquire users organically—across both products.
