Career Opportunity Role Title: Digital Specialist, Email & CMS Purpose of role: We’re looking for a Digital Specialist that will assist in the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns through the development and deployment of emails, text messaging and the publication of content to our B2B portals. The ideal candidate has a passion for code with an interest in design and staying up to date with digital marketing trends. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Support the development & deployment of email campaigns, including but not limited to: Support the development and publication of content on digital B2B Sitecore websites: - Work with copy/development decks to understand campaign requirements. - Campaign setup, testing and deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Build email journeys including the build of automations and drip sequences. - Perform quality assurance on emails and journeys ensuring error free deployments. - Deliver email campaign reports with actionable insights. - Manage website content and publish content to B2B platforms using Sitecore. - Maintain a marketing content calendar for all producer facing properties. - Support IT with new site/functional deplo...
