Job Description: In this role, you will support the Assistant Headteacher to provide leadership, vision and direction across the school, with a particular focus on behaviour, personal development and welfare. You will help drive high-quality, compliant education provision that improves sustainable outcomes for marginalised young people. You will oversee a holistic, person-centred approach to each learner’s journey, building strong relationships with young people and families through individual sessions, group work and multi-agency collaboration. You will contribute to the design and delivery of an innovative SEMH curriculum, promote high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and support continuous school improvement.
