Key Responsibilities: This position may require occasional overnight travel, depending on project or business needs. Qualifications - Install, configure, and test new equipment at customer locations, adhering to established procedures and quality standards. - Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on existing equipment, diagnosing malfunctions and replacing faulty components. - Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their equipment. - Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions. - Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient service delivery. - Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely updates on service progress. - Adhere to all safety r...
