Job Description Summary: Repairs and maintains machinery and equipment such as electrical systems, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties. Key Responsibilities: - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules and regulations. - Support operations departments and facility, ensuring equipment safety, availability and reliability. - Utilize necessary tools, instruments, and senses to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair production equipment including electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. - Proactively identify sources of operating difficulties and collaborate with the maintenance engineer to develop and implement the process or equipment changes. - Install and modify production and facilities equipment, using layouts, diagrams, schematics, etc. - Have a working knowledge and thorough understanding of plant systems, infrastructure and utilities. - Utilize drawings and schematics to complete machine assemblies as well as trouble shoot existing systems. - Utilize an advanced understanding of machine controls to troubleshoot and repair existing systems, review existing l...
