The team is responsible for creating and setting the supply and demand allocation plan pre-season as well as for making necessary adjustments to the plan in-season, to ensure that demand is fulfilled and supply/inventory is optimized. In the area of in-season deployment, the physical inventory migration is executed via stock transfer orders (STOs).
