This role oversees donor cultivation, major gifts, grants, events and development operations. The Director builds strong relationships with donors, partners and community stakeholders while guiding the Fund Development team to achieve annual fundraising goals. Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy that supports organizational priorities and revenue goals.
