The Opportunity: Avantor is seeking a Technical Services & Metrology Laboratory Manager for our Manati, PR site to manage and coordinate overall Technical Services operations. Ensure the completion of objectives at the lowest cost and consistent with quality requirements. Delegates authority to key managers, supervisors and group leaders. Manage and control the activities of Technical Services. Fulfill the objectives of the corporation in an efficient and safe manner. Responsible for the generation of process, protocols, and the execution of final reports. Recommend improvements to systems and processes and will generate departmental reports for management review. Manages a team of entry/intermediate professionals or Supervisors with a focus on setting objectives, plans and tactics with direct impact on the immediate or short-term operational results of the department.
