Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience with bandwidth forecasting, bandwidth management, or capacity planning (e.g., netflow, sflow, streaming telemetry, carrier circuit utilization, ingress traffic analysis, or egress traffic analysis). - Experience with statistical data analysis and time series forecasting. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with ISP network operations. - Experience in enterprise networking or service provider networking.
