Job Description The Program Management Operations Project Lead Assistant Vice President is a seasoned professional role, responsible for managing end to end projects involving physical letters and/or statements to customer, which have a customer impact. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires curiosity and discernment to seek understanding of how multiple areas connect and the direct/in-direct impacts of those connection points.
