The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing regional operations, field execution, project performance, resource planning, and customer relationships across multiple active projects and business lines. This role works closely with Project Management, field leadership, Estimating, Finance, Safety, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Projects may include sewer excavation, underground utility, trenchless rehabilitation, municipal infrastructure, industrial services, and heavy civil construction work.
