LeadVenture is looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our team, supporting our Dealer Spike brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys building relationships while developing new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll work directly with dealerships across multiple industries, providing tailored digital marketing solutions that help them grow and manage their business more effectively. You’ll take ownership of prospecting, outreach, and sales growth — playing a key role in driving success for both our clients and our team. This is a hands-on sales position that requires persistence, confidence, and a strong ability to connect with others. You’ll need to be comfortable making 60 or more cold calls each day , prospecting for new business opportunities, speaking with new contacts, and conducting dealership demos to present products and services effectively.
