The Maintenance Technician assists the Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the TRIAD 1828 Corporate headquarters. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable working environment for the tenants of the building. The Maintenance Technician will carry out the duties in a safe manner, and in addition to the duties described herein, will perform other duties as requested by the Manager. The Maintenance Technician must provide exceptional customer service while assessing and repairing the building. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Responsibilities: 1.
