We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe and we are now looking for an ambitious and highly analytical M&A Associate to join our Corporate Development team and drive the acquisitions that fuel our rapid growth. This is the role Work closely together with the Head of Corporate Development, providing support on the execution of strategic M&As and related corporate development priorities. Proactively research and source potential acquisition targets, build a robust pipeline, and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the market. Provide support on the M&A process, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and negotiation of transaction terms. Prepare and present detailed business cases, financial analyses, and recommendations to senior management. Manage external advisors, including investment bankers, lawyers, and accounting firms. Develop complex financial models to evaluate potential transactions, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
