Responsibilities: Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for per diem coverage at HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center . This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing Level III NICU in a supportive, community-focused environment. Your Role at a Glance: - Staffing Model : 4 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs - NNP Schedule : 12 hour shifts Clinical Responsibilities: - Attend high-risk deliveries - Care for Level II/III NICU patients About the Facility: Located in northern Broward County, HCA Florida Northwest Medical Center is a 289-bed acute care hospital and part of HCA East Florida , the largest healthcare system in Eastern Florida.
