About the Opportunity Northeastern University is a national leader in cooperative education in which students alternate between academic study and work experiences. The Office of the Chancellor is seeking a Co-op Coordinator to work with students, with an initial focus on Khoury College of Computer Sciences. This position is a full-time, non-tenure track, 12-month faculty position. You will join a team of highly motivated, professional, collaborative individuals who provide an outstanding cooperative education program to the students of Khoury College. Responsibilities: Education of Students: The Co-op Coordinator guides students through their career development and co-op experiences. They educate, advise, and coach students, developing and delivering effective teaching and coaching programs that enable students to be successful in today’s global environment. This includes, but is not limited to, working with students one-on-one, in workshops, and in the classroom. The Co-op Coordinator teaches a co-op preparation course each semester, and coaches students through group and individual meetings.
