As a Personal Banking Advisor , you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day! This is a part-time, branch-based role of approximately 16.25 hours per week and the schedule is as follows: - Permanent part-time opportunity available at Westpac’s Moora branch - Work as part of your local community - Bring your best-self to connect with customers from all walks of life - Hours: 9am – 2.30pm Wed, Thu and Fri - Wednesday: 9am – 2.30pm - Thursday: 9am – 2.30pm - Friday: 9am – 2.30pm What do I need?: No banking experience?
